The theme for 2025 is “How to get senior leaders engaged”. Building on the previous two Forum’s, the theme will explore how leaders within healthcare organisations can be engaged to progress managing fatigue.
The Forum will start at 08:30 through to 17:00 and will comprise presentations, plenary sessions, panels and workshops.
A Networking session will follow from 17:00 to 18:00
Attendees are invited who are employees and HCPs of health and social care organisations and academia.
This event will cover topics including the current state of fatigue risk management in the NHS, relevant and ongoing research, the patient view and workshops to explore the theme and determine practical outcomes.
Attendees are invited to submit abstracts to present posters at the Forum meeting about quality improvement, experiences or experiences that are, or have, been undertaken in the field of fatigue management in health and social care workers.
